Ya know. Before I started eating better and shedding a couple pounds, I too was fat and lazy. Okay. I'm still fat and lazy. You don't have to rush into a million different changes to take some weight off. A couple small changes can definitely add up.
Changing your diet doesn't have to mean eating nothing but raw foods and never having things you truly desire. And exercising doesn't have to mean pumping iron for two hours a day at the gym.
Changing your diet can be as simple as sticking with water for a week instead of sugar drinks. Exercising can be as simple as taking a five minute stroll around your neighborhood.
They aren't big things, but added together and as you build on them, they do make a difference.
Commit to making one small change this week.
