Hi im marisa and i am new here...i am a stay at home mom my husband works. i need to loose about 80 lbs...and i just dont know how to do that! my kids are 2 and 3 and hard to get anything done muchless go to the park to walk or anything. My husband works alot so i dont get any me time! before i got preg i was about 160 and looked great now im huge and just dont know how to loose it! i have tryed the low calorie thing n with the kids its hard to do and also i cant afford to but diff foods for me and then for the kids. my husband is nice and fit and im huge and i really wanna lose weight!

Unhealthy food isn't good for kids either. Perhaps find out what calories they need to grow up well and make a program for the whole family, one for you to lose weight and the rest to be healthy. Also you could go out and play with your kids for excersize.
