Hello from Jacinda!
Hi there! I'm new here. I'm tracking things over at dailyburn, but they don't really have much going on in the forums. I need people to talk to!!!
Around ten or so years ago I went from my highest weight of 242 all the way down to 125-ish, but I was eating very little, exercising a lot, and making myself throw up. In a word, UNHEALTHY. After I was found out people started watching me like a hawk. I couldn't just have a salad - even if I just wanted a salad. People got twitchy. So, I stopped caring and went completely the other way - overeating and not exercising.
Now, I'm back up to 230 and really irritated with myself for letting myself get here. I have ZERO desire to starve myself or throw up anymore, and I want to get down to a healthy weight. For me, that would probably be around 140 (5'4" and a medium-large frame).
So. I'm here to chat and for support and to support others.
