Hi there :)

  • Well I guess Ill just jump right in! My name is Heather and Im a 22 (almost 23) year old college student. Im going to school to get a degree in Early Childhood Development so I can open my own daycare one day.

For a long time now Ive been telling myself "You HAVE to start losing some weight" but I just keep putting it off and dont know why. Its starting to really make me depressed because I just dont feel good about myself because my other friends are slim and I want to be too. I remember being alot smaller in high school and I just want to be healthy and happy again.

Any tips and encouragement would be SO nice and welcome. I dont have access to a gym right now but i have the P90X program.

I look forward to meeting new people and making friends and also getting back into shape!
  • Congrats Heather! You can do it. You just have to keep moving forward. Many of us have been there before telling ourselves that we're going to do it and never "get around" to doing it. And when that goal date comes that you set, you realize that you could have been a few pounds lighter! That is uber frustrating! Find a support group here and post regularly, read the success stories, that what really got me remotivated! Good luck on your goals! Educational and weight wise
