It is hard to get in the swing of things, especially if you are used to not exercising and eating unhealthy things.
But with exercising, the more often you do it, the easier it gets and the more you like it.
I'm on weight watchers and I've seen that sweets and treats have their place in a healthy diet - just in moderation.
