I'm new to all this I've been dieting since novermber 2011 I've lost 32lbs since then its been quite easy up until now now. Im finding it hard to stick to the diet, I'm on slimming world and I really enjot it. I've also started going to the gym and giving up smoking but the smoking hasn't affected my weight which is good. The whole reason I was dieting is cause I have PCOS and have been trying for a baby. Even tho I have lost over 10% of my weight I'm still only get a preiod every 2 months! Its really frustrating.
Well that me lol sorry for the moaning. would like to hear other peoples stories
Kudos to you for the weight loss and quitting smoking! That's great it hasn't affected your weight - I have quite a few friends who are scared to quit smoking simply because they think they'll gain weight.
And good luck with babymaking that's the whole reason I want to lose weight myself. Not just to be healthy, but to be healthy for babies! Will keep you in my thoughts!
