Hey guys!! My name is Mira and I just joined hopefully to get some support from you all, and support others as well! I have seen how hard you ladies are working and it's really inspiring to me. My highest weight was about 255 or so... I know I am below 240 now but I refuse to weigh myself! I am the kind of person who gets really fixated on the number so I am trying to not look until I feel "ready". I am not as concerned with my actual weight number, but more about the way I look. I carry my weight pretty well, I have been "heavy" all my life but it hasn't stopped me from doing anything or enjoying life. I'm just tired of having that extra bulge! I'd like to get rid of it for good. I'm really focused on eating healthier and exercising and if I lose weight while doing so, then awesome!

Hope to hear from you ladies, I'm really excited to continue with my new lifestyle!
