I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kristin, I am 26, and from CT.

I am looking for a support system for my diet and exercise plan. I don't have much for weight to lose, but I am looking for maybe a buddy system to keep me on track with my workouts and eating.

I prefer to work out at home versus in a gym, though I do miss Zumba...I think I will have to invest in a good Zumba dvd or some online videos I can do at home.

Good luck on your journey. I would suggest that you join one of the forums and become a regular poster or search all over the site and read posts. I did that for a while before I started posting regularly. It's really wonderful here

If you have Wii at home, i suggest that you look for the Zumba game, it is worth, and if you like Zumba classes you gonna Love it.
