Hi all!

This forum seems like a perfect place for me to start. I am new to 3FC but not to pcs, so hopefully I can learn all the bells and whistles quickly! I am beginning my 3rd week of being off diet Rx, zumba, and less hours at work.
My plan is to MOVE DOWN on my scale, since I have been at a plateau for 2 weeks. ((UGH))
This week: Zumba x 4 days with a 2 hr Zumbathon on Thurs. No fewer than 4 days at the park with the K9s for 1 hour walks. I'll try to squeeze 2 running days in as well. Now, if I can just begin counting cals and get on some type of portion control without the Rx!!!
