Post Hello, I am a new kid on the block!

Hi, I officially will start IP on wed, but I have been drinking the EAS shakes replacing a meal, eating more veggies and eating lean protein for a week. I have lost about 4lbs so far. I work with about 15 people who have been doing IP since nov/dec they look amazing. I have done ww in the past and it worked for a while but I did not get longterm results. I also have PCOS, and know that this new lifestyle will be the best for m. I really enjoy the stories and posts I have been reading them for a while. I also am looking for a way to cook asparagus that make them yummy..... Suggestions?
