My workout is a mix of Running/Jogging/Walking for about 30-35 minutes every single night a few hours before I got to bed. When I come in and am done my work-out I shower and just drink water for the night until i go to bed. I am so happy I gave up the late night eating and snacking...it was killing me and I thought it would be hard to stop..but it wasn't!
The support from all of you gals on the site really is a ton of help!
