I'm so glad to have come across this site

I've been trying to lose weight for a while, but I seem to lack the motivation. I'm 25 and am getting married this October. I want to lose weight to be a happier, healthier person and to take better care of myself! I made the first step when I left my last (very stressful) job. I actually lost 15 pounds from not eating stress eating!
Anyways, I look forward to getting to know everyone and I hope I can stick with it!
