hi I'm new here and I have never used an online support group and dont type too well. But i'm excited to be here.
I just started the ideal protein program saturday
but, some people have told me it is a dangerous way to go
I'm only on day three it has been hard and i still don't feel too good and now i'm real nervous about continuing
is this a safe way to lose weight?
