Happy
Tonight is my first entry on this website. It took me about 10 tries to get through, but I think it's worth it. I'm 56 yo and have probably lost and gained considerable weight at least 4 times. I hope to make this attempt more real and long lasting. For me it's mostly mental....it's all mental. I just am tired of being uncomfortable. I want to look good in clothes with minimal effort. And I want to feel more attractive. I don't have a structured diet. I was successful on WW in the past, but don't have the gumption to tackle a new "formula." It seems most healthy diets boil down to lean protein, fruits and vegies, complex carbs. I want to do my thing and come here for support and interesting comments. So hello everyone. One day at a time.
