Hey all...I'm brand new to this forum. I used to belong on a weight-loss forum, but I can't remember which one nor can I find an email from it. So I found this one...looks pretty good!

A few years ago, when I was with my ex husband, I topped 265 lbs. I lost a bunch of that weight, getting down to 190...but now I'm back up at 215 lbs. I'd like to get down to 135 lbs.

I'm SICK of being fat!!!! I need help and support to get going again...I've totally plateaued and I'm not sure how to get out of it!
