I'm almost ready to start, I have read Jorge's BFC book, sounds great. Need to go shopping and make up some meal plans to follow. I'm a bit worried about breakfast, I eat at my desk at work. I have a microwave and fridge.
Also, I'm type 2 Diabetic and hope this plan will really help lower my blood sugar and get me off medication.
I love reading your suggestions and success stories.
Welcome and may I ask what "Jorge's BFC book" is? I am not following a plan from a book or anything since the word DIET always makes me eat more - lol.

I recently became a mom for the first time and am now past the breastfeeding part and ready (beyond ready) to lose this pregnancy weight! Looking forward to meeting lots of other dieters here.
