My weight has been sneaking up for years and I have let it happen. I not a huge overeater but I don't deny myself a thing. Biscuits with my coffees, chocolates after dinner, wine when I fancy it. Dinners out in the weekend. Yummy Italian creamy sauces in my favourite restaurant ... hee hee hee...so it's all my fault I've managed to get chubbier and chubbier over the last 5 years. Having a nice comfortable relationship doesn't hurt either. Nothing like snuggling up on the couch with your chubby boyfriend for piling on the kilos... Now I am 165cm tall and 75 kilos. Gasp. I used to weigh 55kilos 10 years ago.. 75 may not sound too overweight but My Ideal Weight is supposed to be around 55 - 56 apparently. Next week I am 39 and I also recently broke up with my boyfriend (he's lovely but not quite right for me) so - I need some inspiration. So what is the first thing I do? To the internet!
