Hubby and I are starting the Atkin's induction today! I have done this before and was quite successful. I remember having less joint pain, feeling more energetic, and my low B-vitamin and iron counts in my blood were better than ever using this diet plan. I just fell away from keeping track of what I put in my mouth!

I will look forward to keeping a quick diary for my own purposes using 3FC and tracking my and some of my husband's results.

Grocery shopping today will be interesting.

I started Atkins on Tuesday of this week and already feel so much better and have lost six pounds, although I know most of that is water weight. Still, I can tell a difference in my face and fingers being less puffy. The best part is just feeling better.

Good luck ladies!! I did atkins for 2 weeks and lost almost 15 pounds.. I lost my will power though and fell off the wagon! Don't let that happen to you ladies.. YOU CAN DO IT!!
