Hi! I just want to introduce myself and possibly get some feedback, results, tips etc from some veteran MRC dieters! I am now on day 3 of the meta- slim plan. I am finding it very difficult to get my 8oz of salad veggies, bleh! lol! Overall I am pretty much full from my meals... if I feel hungry I drink some (ok lots) water, if I start to feel weak.. lol.. I drink one of my extra HNS! I am really want something yummy for supper during this phase. Any suggestions or ideas are welcome! Thanks and I am super excited to be on my to goal.
