Hey everyone,
My name is April and I live in Georgia. I am married to Jay, my high school sweetheart for almost 10 years. I'm 27 and he is 30. We have 3 children. The boys are Cole, who is 8 and Austin, who is 7 (they are 14 months apart). And our little princess is Kassy, who is 4. I am a SAHM and a full time student.
The reason I am joining this message board is probably the same as the rest of you, I need to lose some weight! I started a 6 week exercise program last week and I am determined to finish it. I will finish this program on April 5th and we will be renewing our wedding vows on April 2nd! I hope that this program will make a difference for me like it says it will! I know I will not be at my goal weight by then, but I am hoping that I will feel much better about myself.
So here I am, looking for some help in staying motivated. Ultimately I need to lose about 60 lbs. but I am aiming for 20 lb goals at a time.
