I have lost 40lbs on Medifast and was looking online for recipes and found this site, I am so excited to have found a message board that talks about and helps with weight loss.... Can't wait to explore more, I have 40 more lbs to lose and want to lose it by my 59th birthday on July 9, 2011. I am thrilled to have all your help and good wishes!!
Congratulations on your loss. Are you going to continue with Medifast? I turned 60 this year and have found it difficult to loose the last 20!!! It seems like my body just resists those last pounds at all costs. It's frustrating to me but I continue on the quest and this site has really helped me. Tons of info and people to talk to you! You have obviously had great results with Medifast, what can you tell me about it? Are you looking for recipes to supplement or are you going off it completely. Just curious to see ifthat is a diet that I would be interested in.
Welcome Vonnie, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
