[135goal]

I happened to navigate to this site after googling before/after motivation pics and I am glad that I did. I am ready to stop wishing that I could be in shape and start taking an active role in achieving my goals. As you can tell from my screen name, I hope to be 135lbs (or less) by this time next year. I hope to get help with tips, motivation, and accountability through my membership here. I also hope one day to be able to pass that all forward to someone who is in the same boat I am in right now. Welcome, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.

Welcome!! 3FC has been soooo helpful for me in my weight loss - you'll find lots of motivation and accountability. Like patchwork said, there are lots of subforums, you're sure to find a couple that fit your needs!
