Welcome! Keep looking around here. You are sure to find lots of great information, and tips. The biggest tip I can give you, is 1. Make sure that no matter what, you stick with it.... even after a bad day, week, or weeks. Just keep going. the second would be that you find a plan to follow. I have found that I cannot just "wing" a healthy eating plan. It is great to have you here, and looking forward to hearing your progress!
