Hi my name is Kelly i had a baby almost 2 years ago at 40!!!! What a surprise... Im at 210 now n havent been able to lose this weight! I luv sweets, thats where i go REALLY wrong.. LOL Im sooooo ready for the new me!!! Anyone have a few pointers?? Thanks!!! My goal is to lose 30 (wink wink) ill lose more after that (keeping my fingers crossed)

Welcome! Keep looking around here. You are sure to find lots of great information, and tips. The biggest tip I can give you, is 1. Make sure that no matter what, you stick with it.... even after a bad day, week, or weeks. Just keep going. the second would be that you find a plan to follow. I have found that I cannot just "wing" a healthy eating plan. It is great to have you here, and looking forward to hearing your progress!

Hi Kelly .... I'm about the same weight and my last baby (I have 3 daughters) will be turning three in a week .... I love sweets too ...

OMG... thanks for all the welcomes nd good lucks! .... woooshhh were to begin? well i weighed myself today 211.2 WOW!!!!! i started the sea salt master cleanse today!!!! I drank 1qt w/2 tablespoons.. that was about 22 minutes ago. I have goose bumps!!! lol. my goal (for now) 180 (finger crossed and ready to give up sweets) wish me luck!!! thanks all again and i really appreciate ALL the support... ♥

Hi Kelly! Good luck to you! I don't know if this will help but perhaps a fat free, sugar free candy might help. My grandfather had to lose weight because of diabetes and my grandmother put him on diabetic candy cuz he was not going to give up his sweets. Just a thought.
