ok so random googling and came across this site. I've been trying to lose weight for 3 years, I have a nearly 7 year old and since I've hit my 30's I've been stacking it on, despite no real big changes in my eating diet. Although I suspect I'm more sendentary now.
I've really come on here because my boy took some photos of me on the trampoline and I am shocked, dismayed and upset by the state of my legs ( seriously....eew) and also frustrated that no amount of calorie counting has helped over the last 6 months.
I need help
