Hello everyone!! I started with weight watchers last June and have made progress, but the last few months have been hard. I keep going up and down, even though it seems like I am not changing much. I have a weigh-in tonight and I am dreading it. My elliptical broke and I have done more strength training and less cardio this week. Although, I did 5 hours on the elliptical last week and only lost .6. I welcome any suggestions! Good luck and keep plugging!!
