Hey SexyK!

Two weeks going to the gym is a good start, even if you're not seeing any results yet!

Have you made any changes in your diet? Maybe that's what's keeping you from seeing the results you want to see.

Good luck!

You shouldn't be down - you've gone from 243 down to 236!!! That's an awesome start. Make sure you don't over do it at the gym and I would agree, make sure you're not wasting all that hardcore effort and not cleaning up your eating. I'd hate to think of you expending all that effort and then topping it off with a big mac. Not so good.

My advise - read posts here every day, be kind to yourself and only think about what you can do to be a success today. Tomorrow will be a whole new day - just focus on the now.

Hey there!

and on your progress so far! We have lots of forums to check out - by age range (20-somethings, 30-somethings) and by eating plan (are you monitoring your intake as well as exercising), as well as a great Exercise forum - look around, find a spot, and settle in.

Can't wait to get to know you better!
