Default 43 and ready to be happy and healthy!!
Im 43 and I have been on many diets. currently I am LAWL client since June 2007. I lost 50 lbs in the first 6 months that i joined and i still thought I was fat. We went on vacation to Newy York for the holidays and my husband would say were on vacation lets enjoy it you have done so well . Enjoy it meant eat and when i eat and enjoy usually it means sweets. Slowly it crept back on, and here i am a few years later same miserable weight my body is older. I want to be thin and feel good about myself and be healthy.

Yes I have started back 2 weeks ago and lost a few lbs then I missed going last week and I weighed at home and im starting again.

cool, I should get out my info and start too. I don't know if I will do the 2 day thing or not.
