Hi everyone,

My name is Isabelle, I'm 30 yrs old, and I'm going to do it this time: I am going to lose all of my excess weight! I have been overweight all of my life and I'm so fed up with being tired all the time, not being able to go up stairs, being out of breath all the time, not being able to find clothes that I like etc etc..
But...this time it's going to be my year and I'm going to lose weight (finally)
I'm going to try losing weight by eating replacement meals twice a day and a lean healthy meal for dinner! Also I want to exercise for about 30 minutes 6 days a week! I do need some support though, is there anyone out there that wants to be my buddy and could also use some support from me?
