Hi guys!!
My name is Nicole and I am new to 3 fat chicks on a diet, but have been lurking around the past 2 weeks or so.
I've always gone back and forth with what I have ate and always failed to find a solid middle ground. I lost 30 lbs a few years ago, but gained it all back. Instead of just watching what I eat, I started calorie counting a week ago. It is truly mind boggling to realize what a TRUE serving size really is! It has become a fun game (trying to work out a menu plan w/in my calorie plan) and I have lost 5 pounds so far!
I have been having electrical problems with my heart since October and am unable to exercise or get my HR above 120. I've been walking, but that is it. I miss exercising and hope I will be fixed up and back to exercising soon!! If anyone has tips on weight loss without being able to exercise, that would be great!!
