Default Hi everyone!!!

Hi guys!!

My name is Nicole and I am new to 3 fat chicks on a diet, but have been lurking around the past 2 weeks or so.

I've always gone back and forth with what I have ate and always failed to find a solid middle ground. I lost 30 lbs a few years ago, but gained it all back. Instead of just watching what I eat, I started calorie counting a week ago. It is truly mind boggling to realize what a TRUE serving size really is! It has become a fun game (trying to work out a menu plan w/in my calorie plan) and I have lost 5 pounds so far!

I have been having electrical problems with my heart since October and am unable to exercise or get my HR above 120. I've been walking, but that is it. I miss exercising and hope I will be fixed up and back to exercising soon!! If anyone has tips on weight loss without being able to exercise, that would be great!!

Hey! A fun game? Hey, that's one way to look at it! Congrats on the progress so far Lots of people here only walk for exercise- some don't exercise at all, you just have to watch your calories. I'm sure one of them will be in later to tell you more about it if you want. See you around!

I'd also like to find a buddy,maybe someone to compete with. Try to hold each other accountable and keep one another on track. Anyone interested?!

I'm 5'7 and am at 200.8 lbs currently. I think my goal weight is going to be 150 for now. Hard to say without knowing what I will look like!
