Hi everyone! I just started to diet again a couple of days ago. I did a program a few years ago and lost 50 lbs... but then i gained it all back and a lot more. I was really disappointed when i stepped on the scale but I am going to use it as motivation to get all the weight off (and to keep it off). For the most part I remember what to do but any tips or advise will def. help. I am super excited!
It's easy in the beginning when you're excited so imagine how easy it will be if you find what works and see results! (I'm still waiting to see mine haha) Best of luck and WELCOME!!!
