Hello all, my name is Beki and I'm new to this site (hence this post). I'm 24 and have lost weight in the past, going from 203lbs to 171lbs. After that, I had a few personal problems which meant I put on weight steadily over about 3 years. Now i'm at a point where I want to lose weight for good.
My weight now is 215lbs. That was a little shocking but I know I can lose it. I'm not uncomfortable at my weight, but with family health issues and two weddings coming up, I would like to be healthier. Weight loss is crucial to that. My ultimate goal would be 140lbs. I am going to take this in small steps. I've seen the success stories on this site and it's so inspiring. I WILL be one of those success stories.*
