hello, just introducing myself to everyone, I started the 1500 cal diet today, any suggestions for meals or snacks that are low on calories would be appreciated.
also I am feeling stupid right now trying to figure out how to get to the page where I can edit my profile, so if someone could tell me how to get there that would be great as well.
Just scroll up a little bit until you can see a purple menu bar. At the far left you'll see "user CP" ... that's your control panel. You can do all your editting from there.
