Default Hello I am Brand New :) Singer & I need to look great this Spring!
Hello everyone!

I am new to the forum. I have decided after a long time of being displeased with my weight, this is the year to DO IT. I have a brand new band, that I sing for, and I do not want to walk onstage and be "the band with the fat chick" singer. Vain, or self absorbed, this may be, but I won't do it. I also want more than that, to do it for my health and feeling GOOD! I purchased an entire workout room full of equipment, Total Gym XL, treadmill, pilates, etc. I plan to start on Atkins Low Carb next week, as this has worked very well for me before,....I currently am 5'5, weigh 207, and wish to get to 135-40 in about 6-8 months.
