Newbie!!
Hello All!! my name is Amy, I am new to this site. I decided to look up weight loss sites as i read it is good motivation! My long term goal is about 60lbs, my short term goal is 20lbs. I had gastric bypass surgery back in 2004, and during time and pregancy i have gained soem of the weight back. So hense the diet!! I am currently trying the fatloss of idiots. I have never been able to sit and just eat healthy, so i had to try a place that told me what to eat! i tried the calorie counting and it just didnt work for me! So far i been on the diet about 5 days now and i have lost 4lbs. so that is reassuring. Granted i miss eating other things but right now this is what i have to do! i have a 8month old little girl who is my motivation to lose the weight! I hope to make friends on here, i wasnt sure about joining another forum like this as the pregnancy ones those girls tended to be rude and mean. but i figured might as well try!
