There are lots of options out there for healthy weight loss. You might want to check out the Calorie Counters forum, as a start...a very basic, easy way to keep track of what you're eating. There are other people in your age range in the 20-somethings, so that might be a good place to start too.
Look around, explore your options, and find something sustainable that you can maintain for the rest of your life, so that you can maintain the weight once you've lost it.
