Smile New Year - Same Resolution

Am trying something new this year. After reading about the people half their size in People magazine, it gave me some motivation. One of the success stories said she turned to the internet for support and success stories so here I am. Have been a yo-yo dieter for 30 years and am looking for help to combat the fat. Thanks for the support.

Welcome!

A couple of times over the years we've had threads about yo-yoing. An awful lot of folks (who eventually did succeed to lasting weight loss) have been yo-yoers. So you're in good company!

I think it's like quitting smoking, the more times you try, the more likely you'll be to succeed. It'll never work if you don't try!! Welcome and keep trying!!

I agree! Along with dieting, I am also quitting smoking. I am on Day 3 of no smoking and I haven't had a craving. Off topic.. sorry

But anyhoo! Welcome and I hope you find all the support you need here! I never thought I would be able to find support online but it's true.. you really can. These people are INCREDIBLE! Good luck
