Hello my name is Johnita, I am new here. A little history about myself, I am 38 years old, I started my weight loss journey on April 12, 2009, I reached my goal actually ended up a little bit below my goal in March 2010, I got to 145, then decided I really preferred staying at 150. Pretty much from last April until now I usually go between 150 - 157, I am wanting to stay in the lower 150's, so I am hoping to loose these last 2 or 3 pounds and stay between 150 and 155. I am pretty happy with the weight loss I have accomplished and I work everyday to be able to keep it off.
