today i woke up pretty late, eh. i work the evening shift at a hotel, and that has screwed up my sleeping pattern pretty badly.
weighed myself when i got up; 164.2
i think thats the highest i've ever been.
and then today i had: (all between 4pm and 8pm)
2 bottles of water
a large apple
1 bowl of plain cherrios w/ nonfat milk
1 bowl of raisin bran w/ nonfat milk
i was grumpy after the second bowl of cereal, but oh well.
now off to bed. tomorrow will probably be quite similar.
my goal is to be 115 by June. that's about 10 pounds a month. definitely do-able if i try really hard.
i have the insanity fitness dvd system, my boyfriend has to buy something to hook up the dvd player and then i can use that again.
i'll be wicked happy if i can get down to 163 by the end of the year. that's a mini goal.
