Hello everybody.. I just wanted to say that when I stumble on to this site about a week ago I was 187lbs and now I am 181lbs. I really believe it was from reading all the success stories here. I am ready to keep going. The only thing is I am not able to add a tracker which is to bad I would really love to keep track. But anyways I am happy with the results so far.
You'll get your tracker when you've been here for 20 days and made 20 posts...don't worry, you'll be there in no time. In the meanwhile, you'll be adding up the pounds to track on it! on your work so far!
