I have decided that 2011 is going to be "The Year of ME" and I'm going to blog about it right out loud.
No more hiding. No more shame about my weight and my "less than" attitude.
I am going to do it. I am on here and WW and sparks and going to read and use every resource I can find. But most of all? I'm going to get up, off my duffer and get moving!!!

132 pounds is daunting. But one day at a time, I'll get there, right?
Oh...so good to see! I am making this the YEAR of ME too. I need to truly focus and I will reach my goals. I am planning on only 5 pounds a month and I will get there in a few years. Love to see your attitude...it will rub off on all of us others out here in 3FC land!
I am also facing a "milestone" birthday soon (50!!) and have committed to making this the year I finally get healthy - eat better, move more, & have more fun. 132 lbs can be daunting, but if you think "one pound at a time", it's not so overwhelming. A pound is a pound, whether you need to lose 32 or 132.
I wish you lots of luck on your journey. I also have a lot to lose and it can be overwhelming to think about that number at times. I'm determined to focus on all the small victories and hope you can do the same. I've joined the 2011 weight loss challenge on the 100+ board in hopes that will keep me motivated.
