Default Need help

Hello All,
I am determined to lose some weight after Christmas, I have been looking over the net at some online programs, has anyone used them before? It seems that Weight Watchers and Tesco E Diets are the most popular, I also came across one which has a free trial called iWantRealResults just wondering if anyone has any experience with these online programs?

Have a great new year everyone.
Stacy

Hi stacy, welcome, and I'm new too

I've not tried any online diet programs, but I'm wondering if your doctor might be able to put you on a free program. It might depend on where you live what support is available, but in my area if your BMI is over 30 then they put you on a 'step-by-step' lifestyle change program to get the weight off you.

Sorry it's not what you asked for, but that might be better if you can get on one?

Hi Stacy! I'm new here too. I haven't tried any programs, but what I am going to be doing is a combo of a low-calorie diet loosely based around the Special K Challenge, and lots of zumba. I have a friend who went from a size 16 to a size 4 since May and that's what she did. Regardless of what you do, good luck and welcome!
