Hi all!
Hello everyone! My name is Sarah and I am f-a-t, fat! I had some health scares a couple of weeks ago and while it was all going on I made a few fox hole promises to change my eating habits (and beliefs and views on food) if everything worked out. Well all is good so now it is my turn to keep up my end of the deal. I would love to lose 65lbs, or more. I am not good at eliminating whole groups of foods, I am more of a whole foods balance kinda girl.... only I am struggling with the balance. So here I am at it again hoping that the support and people here can help if even through distraction and example.
