Hi everyone,
I started my weight loss journey at the beginning of spring. I quit for awhile but to my surprise I (thankfully) didn't gain anything back.
I am reading a book called "100 Days of Weight Loss" and it really helps me to stay on track. For exercise I dance. I put on some of my favorite music and try to move around as much as possible. My plans are to try and do that until the first day of Spring, at least.
At my first weigh in I was 219. I've gotten down to 207 pounds.
