Well, this is such a great website! I'm glad I found it.
Although I am not overweight and fall within a healthy BMI range, I have recently gained about 10-15 lbs since starting college. I find it really difficult to maintain a healthy diet while away at school and all of my motivation to exercise has been lost. I know I am not overweight, but I would like to return to my previous weight of around 110. I know that if I can return to healthier eating habits and regular excercise, it will be an overall positive behavior change and the peopel who participate in the forums on this website seem like a great support group.
