Hey people. My name is Drew and I am a 15 year old male from Canada. I weighed 249.5lbs at the beginning of September. I have lost 33lbs and now weigh 216.5lbs. My goal weight is 170, and my current height is 5"10. I have been lurking within the forums for around a month now and have been delighted by the amount of motivation that is given each day to everyone.
The way I lose weight and don't even think about food anymore is I count calories and workout. My margin of calories is 1600. That number may be questionable to some people, but it works perfect for me. I have 2-3 hockey games a week and when I don't have hockey I do cardio (like walking, running, workout circuits which I found online and such) . I recently got a weight machine and am going to be using that very soon (after I set it up

) to tone my body.
I'm positive you don't need to follow weight watchers or any other program to lose weight, you just need to keep a very close eye on what you eat (calorie counting) and work out. Their is nothing more or less to it (isn't it obvious

?) I also drink tons of water like 4-5 bottles a day, never drink anything but it.
It's amazing how when you look back at how much you weighed and think: Wow... I really stuck with it. It really makes me proud of myself. I'm always carrying my jeans at school now because none of my clothes fit me anymore (wayyy tooo bigg) even with a belt I just got a month ago (used to fit fine, now too big... I can't even wear it anymore).
So yeah. Just wanted to introduce myself to the forumage (I copywrite the word forumage!!!

lol). Thanks.
PS: No one has complimented on my weight loss yet, but i'm sure they will soon lol.
Stay focused.
