Hello, I am new to this support group but not new to Ideal Protein. I have been on the program for 25 weeks tomorrow and actually see the light at the end of the tunnel! I hope to reach my goal weight by the end of the month and begin phase two.
I have struggled for several years with my weight, mostly in the last three years since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and some food allergies. I saw in older threads there were several members with thyroid issues; it's nice to know I'm not alone in that.
Anyway, thank you for having me. It's definitely encouraging to read other people's stories and see so many successes! To those of you who are just beginning this process, I would say take the journey a week at a time; every pound lost is a victory.
