So after taking a semester off to focus on my health, I'm back and ready to take charge of my life again. For reference for those who weren't around a few months ago, I took things a little far and had some pretty serious nutritional issues. I had to quit focusing on weight loss for a while and pay attention to my body.
I'm at 135 right now, so I'm proud that I haven't gained back EVERYTHING, but I still would like to focus on getting back to my goal weight. I'm going to try not to let myself go crazy this time around.
I've had a few major life changes since I left. I broke up with my old boyfriend of about a year and a half, dyed my hair, and adopted a cat. All in all, I'm happier, but I want to feel the accomplishment of finally finishing the job I set out to do, in a healthy way. So here goes!
