I am about a 2 week old 3fatchicks member to this forum. (So pretty new) and been doing research trying to decide what diet plan may work for me. I've concidered calorie counting, counting carbs, and came across the warrior diet and feelthis will fit my life style and be somthing I can stick to. I'm pretty excited, this is my first day. So wish me luck! I will keep you posted on my weight status every sunday! Currently I'm 265. 5'10, 23 year old female.

Isn't this the diet where you eat the bulk of your calories in the evening?
I tried this before but I found it to hard for me because I need to eat lunch with colleagues or they'll think I'm being antisocial.
