Trying New Things
This is a whole new world for me!
I've never joined an online community before, and I've definitely never (actively) tried to lose weight before. So here I go.
I'm 22, and have gained about 30 pounds over the last four years. Although I feel comfortable in my body, I would like to become more active and make more positive food choices so that I can feel healthier.
I hope that this blog will be a way to get support, and give support, to others on their journeys to better health.
